No two sessions are alike! My goal is to help people live healthy and authentic lives – and the roadmap to get there is unique for each person.
In each session, I use a blend of therapy, life coaching and experiential exercises while teaching The Adult Chair model. Sessions are full of valuable information and guidance that you can apply and use immediately. At the end of your session, you will receive tools and next steps to use on your own, so your transformation continues well beyond our time together.
Some people ask how often they should book an appointment. Because each session is so full of information, most people choose to have bi-weekly or monthly sessions. A few prefer weekly sessions and some yearly check-ins. There is no “right or wrong” – the frequency of appointments is entirely up to you.
