Hi there! I’m Janice and first of all, I’m so glad you are here. I’m a serial entrepreneur, Certified Professional Life and Leadership Coach for the past 10+ years, Certified Art Therapist, and I am thrilled to have added Certified Adult Chair® Coach to my toolbox.  

As a recent empty nester, I've discovered the power of using life’s natural (or even unexpected) transitions as a springboard for making edits and creating change in life. It breaks my heart when I meet women who find themselves in midlife, wondering where they went, longing for more… needing a path forward. This gift of life is way too precious to spend it living with regret and wondering what if!
