Hi, I am Anneke. I will teach you tools to help you reparent and nurture yourself even if you grew up in adverse childhood circumstances or are faced with difficult family dynamics. You might still be in the process of building your family and are facing challenges along the way like infertility, neurodiversity interfering or toxic relationships that you would like to work through. I help you reclaim your power, inner center and self-love whilst navigating adult life challenges. I will guide you by building healthy relationships and boundaries, internally and within your relationships even in chaotic circumstances. I will walk with you on your journey towards the life you have always desired and deserve. I believe you have what it takes within yourself!
