Hi, I’m Laura Beverly. I've spent a lifetime running away from heartaches and disappointments. The Adult Chair® was and still is my compass to guide me on this journey of finding true healing from a lifetime of pain and trauma. Through inner child work, finding self-love and learning boundaries, I have reinvented myself, working daily to be a healthy adult with full awareness of my truth and value. As a Certified Adult Chair® Coach, I will teach you tools to help you learn how to guide yourself out of whatever may be blocking your path. You will find freedom to appreciate and learn from every experience. I have lived through divorces, internet dating and looking for love and acceptance in the revolving door of dating disappointments. I help both men and women find their self-worth and self-love to attract healthier relationships. I can also teach you about your attachment style and guide you to understand what a secure attachment looks like.
