Hi I'm Jenny! As a licensed therapist (LISW-CP) and Certified Adult Chair® Master Coach, I use a unique blend of tools and techniques, both from my mental health and coaching backgrounds, to help individuals gain self-awareness and courage to release unhealthy patterns and guide them home to their soul’s purpose. Walking through my own journey of healing and self-discovery, I consider myself a student of life and the love child of all I have learned and encountered, understanding each experience as a gift for my soul’s unique purpose. I have always had a passion for helping and relating to others in vulnerable and meaningful ways and truly believe we were never meant to do life alone, inspiring me to demonstrate unconditional acceptance and emotional safety for all I meet. I engage with my clients to help them uncover and deeply connect with who they truly are before the world told them who to be. I empower my clients to find their truth, connect with their inner knowing, and confidently step into a grounded and conscious life of radical authenticity and meaningful connection with themselves and others. My goal is not to “fix problems,” but to identify blocks and stuck points keeping clients from living from the healthiest and most authentic version of themselves. Through non-judgment, self-exploration and meaningful connection, I help my clients break unhealthy patterns, reveal their TRUE selves and live from the inside out, rather than the outside in.
