I am a board-certified Master Hypnotherapist, a certified Master NLP practitioner and a Certified Adult Chair® Master Coach, as well as multiple other certifications. I weave my extensive, unique trainings to combine the best of ancient indigenous wisdom with grounded, modern practices to help you overcome childhood trauma, quiet that negative voice inside your head and learn to truly love yourself so that you can live a life filled with freedom and peace.
