Hi! I'm so glad that you are here. It tells me that you are curious about this life changing work we do as Certifed Adult Chair® Coaches.  I love it! I help people heal wounds that hold them back and explore their true authentic self. I have faced a few challenges in life (as we all have!). I grew up as a people pleaser, I was overweight and didn't love myself authentically for a long time and I went through cancer treatment and recovery that turned out differently than I had expected. But, I can sit here now, today, and say that many of these challenges have actually (after some hard self-work) turned out to be gifts, gifts that led to more self-acceptance, peace and joy in my life.
