Hello! I’m Lucille, a Certified Adult Chair® Coach. Growing up in a culture where it wasn’t allowed to express emotions, I felt I was drowning in shame and guilt.
With tools from The Adult Chair® and other unique techniques, I guide you into feeling and recognizing the effects of religious and cultural trauma. I assist clients in breaking through generational cycles – by healing from within.
It’s my intention to work with others to overcome and break free from the chains of indoctrination and traditions. I’m here to give you a safe space and walk with you into your beautiful, authentic self! It’s not easy, but so worth it.
