I have 30 years experience as a pediatric home care nurse and former funeral director, coaching and collaborating with families and individuals as they adapt and recover from adversity, trauma and/or tragedy. This enhances my training as a Certified Adult Chair® Coach. I help by teaching straightforward, uncomplicated tools that guide you to STOP reacting to life and instead START responding to yourself and others from a healthy place of self-awareness and balance. I commit to supporting you by creating a safe space without judgment or blame where you learn tools to move forward in a clear, authentic, healing way.
