Hi! I’m Shannon. As a Certified Adult Chair® Master Coach my mission is to walk WITH you in finding your way back to you. With curiosity, compassion and radical self-awareness, you will uncover the blocks that keep you stuck, heal hurts and notice those habits that are no longer serving you. In a sacred, safe and non-judgmental space, you will discover your strength, authenticity and your own unique identity. I’ve been guiding women worldwide since 2016, all through retreats, workshops and digital courses. I offer women a safe place to explore their relationships, difficult seasons and a place to restore back to who they’ve always been and to rediscover their power. You may have felt broken or that life has tried to take you out. I have been through those difficult seasons too, filled with grief, loss, divorce and starting over.
