“Codependency.” You finally have a word to describe why you’ve been feeling so overwhelmed and drained your whole life. And while I’m not the biggest fan of labels, sometimes having a term to describe your experience can be the thing that makes all the pieces fall into place and the light bulb go off.
But having a “label” is only the first step. That’s why one of the biggest questions I get asked, especially around codependency, is “So, what do I do about it?”
Codependency is something I understand extremely well, because it was a constant companion for the first half of my life. I know how painful it can be and the feelings of regret that can arise when you discover you’re codependent. But I also know codependency doesn’t have to be the end of the story. You CAN change this pattern in your life, and in this episode, I’m telling you exactly how to do that.
Listen to discover:
- What codependency is
- Signs of codependency
- What do next to start getting healthy

You didn’t choose codependency, but starting today, you can choose to end it! Instead of feeling regret for time lost, look at today as the first day of the rest of your life. I’m here to help you take that next step into health and freedom!
