What is the 30-Day Journaling Challenge?
The 30-Day Journaling Challenge is an annual event where we all commit to journaling every day for the month of November! The whole community does it together, and it only happens once a year!
Though it sounds simple, it is truly transformational! It’s seriously like going to therapy every day! And not only is journaling an amazing tool for self-discovery, but committing to something for 30 days is the perfect way to start a habit. I know you’ll want to keep journaling once you see how amazing this month is.
How much time does it take?
The 30-Day Journaling Challenge takes place from November 1-November 30, 2019. Though journaling is very personal, you should plan on spending at least 15-30 minutes a day writing.
What do I get when I sign up for the challenge?
Each day in November, you’ll receive a new journal prompt in your email. This prompt will give you a creative idea for what to write that day. While there’s no right or wrong way to journal, journal prompts help guide your practice — and I put a lot of thought and love into these!
You’ll also be able to join The Adult Chair Facebook group, where we’ll be discussing the challenge and sharing what we’re learning all month long! The shared energy and accountability is unreal and will take your transformation to the next level!
Can I sign up after November 1?
Yes! If you sign up during November, you will start on the daily prompt that everyone else is on (the prompt that went out on the date you signed up); however, you can go here and get all of the previous prompts missed. But be sure to sign up before December, because once the challenge is over, it won’t happen again until next year!
