Step 2: Booking Your Session
LOCAL, IN-PERSON SESSIONS
Local, in-person sessions are offered in the Greater Nashville, TN area.
Click the “BOOK NOW” button below to schedule your day/time for an in-person session (Berry Hill area).
Immediately following booking, you will receive an email with the address and all other key information for the session.
LONG DISTANT & INTERNATIONAL SESSIONS
US only – Phone sessions available.

What’s a session like?
No two sessions are alike. Michelle uses a blend of therapy with life coaching and teaches the Adult Chair model in each session. Her goal is to help people live healthy and authentic lives – and the roadmap to get there is unique for each person.
Sessions are full of valuable information and guidance that you can apply and use immediately.
At the end of your session, you will receive “homework” so your transformation continues well beyond your time with Michelle.
Some people ask how often they should book an appointment. Because each session is so full of information, most people choose to have bi-monthly or monthly sessions. A few prefer weekly sessions and some yearly check-ins. There is no “right or wrong” – and Michelle leaves frequency of appointments entirely up to each client.
