Led by Adult Chair coaches and volunteers, they’re an informal time to build relationships with others and live more authentically together. They are a safe and sacred space where everyone is welcome.

Can someone attend that's not familiar with Michelle or The Adult Chair?
Absolutely! These meetup groups (aka “TAC Circles”) exist for people wanting to live happier and healthier lives to connect with other like minded individuals, build relationships and grow together! We’ll introduce The Adult Chair to any newcomers.
Can anyone attend?
Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome!
Are these meetings in person? What about COVID?
Currently, all meetings are planning to meet via Zoom until it is safe to meet in groups again in their area. The first meetings kick off in January 2021. See above for specific dates.
What are the meetings like?
Every meeting kicks off with a welcome by the group leader who starts with the prompt monthly questions provided by Michelle Chalfant to get the conversation going. There is also time for general open discussion/support and of course, time to connect and socialize. These are all about building relationships of course!
These are casual meetings that enjoy coffee together, eat dinner together or just gather to connect, support and talk. Every meeting is a little different. You will hear from your group leader within a day or two of submitting your information above.
How do I get in touch with a group leader?
