Hello, I'm Melissa, a Communications Executive, and a Certified Adult Chair Coach®. I'm passionate about helping individuals break free of old patterns, learn to communicate with clarity and confidence, and cultivate balance, purpose, and joy in their personal and professional lives.  

I believe that we are ALL leaders - whether we preside over organizations, teams, families, or our own precious lives - and as Brene Brown says, "who we are is how we lead." So many of us struggle as leaders not because we lack knowledge, passion, or ambition but because our beliefs and actions are based on old programming and we're long overdue for an upgrade.
