Lori Morgan is a teacher, nervous system alchemist, and transformational guide devoted to helping educators, leaders, parents, and women return to their inner wisdom and power. Blending 26 years in education with breathwork, somatic healing, and integrative coaching, she creates spaces where people can release old patterns, regulate their nervous system (attune to their own unique body blueprint), to bring presence, clarity, and reconnect to their truth. Inspired by her own journey through disconnection, single motherhood, and emotional healing, Lori now supports others in choosing themselves so they can lead, teach, parent, and live from grounded presence.
