Laura is a Certified Adult Chair® Master Coach who specializes in Aligned Leadership coaching. Having gone through her own journey of pursuing leadership positions in corporate only to find herself feeling restless and anxious once she got there, Laura started to journey within using The Adult Chair® model. It was through that journey that she discovered she was not living in alignment with her true wants and needs, causing a feeling of running in circles and getting nowhere. Since then, she has redefined leadership as having awareness of your inner world, being accountable for how you’re living your life and aligning your words and actions to your innermost values and who you truly are. Instead of waiting for an external validation source to name her a leader, Laura has reclaimed leadership as an internal decision and completely owns that she is a leader in every facet of her life. Laura guides others to redefine leadership for themselves so they can go from feeling lost and powerless in their lives to leading an empowered life in alignment with who they are and who they want to be.
