Hello! I’m so glad you’re here…As a Certifed Adult Chair® Coach, I am passionate about supporting women in reconnecting with their inner light and inherent worth. Each one of us is a gift, full of immense love and value, and it is our birthright to feel this every single day. But being human is a journey! Whether in our childhood, adolescence, or adulthood we can become disconnected from our authentic selves and the sacred truth of who we truly are.

I understand firsthand the feelings of being lost, disconnected, and overwhelmed. My own personal healing journey started seven years ago, and it was during this time that I came across The Adult Chair® and its incredibly effective tools and strategies. These techniques played a pivotal role in transforming my life for the better. They enabled me to uncover the root causes that were keeping me stuck and ultimately led me towards a sense of wholeness. Today, I have the privilege of guiding women on a similar journey of self-discovery.

Through my experiences and learnings, I have found that my approach can effectively address various struggles. Whether it is dealing with grief, navigating life transitions, making career changes, overcoming feeling stuck, managing stress or anxiety, or cultivating more self-care, my goal is to empower women to rediscover their true selves and stand confidently in their power. I will be with you each step of the way on a transformative journey towards healing and achieving inner and outer alignment.
