Anne is a Certified Adult Chair® Coach who works with women who are looking for clarity and freedom in their second act. Together, we’ll dive into the relationship you have with yourself to reveal your limiting beliefs and the subconscious narratives that are keeping you from living your most extraordinary life. You’ll use what you’ve discovered to see the possibilities for your life. Letting go of limiting beliefs opens you up to connect with the beautiful essence of who you are. The work we do together allows me to show you what you’re not able to see for yourself. It starts with slowing down, me asking lots of questions, and giving you the opportunity to be heard. So many women feel alone with their experience, and it doesn’t have to be that way. I create a safe container to be heard so you can fully show up as yourself…all parts are welcome at the table. :)
