Suzy Echols is a Certified Adult Chair® Coach who specializes in helping women heal limiting beliefs, past trauma, grief and self-sabotaging behaviors. She does this by guiding the client through various methods within The Adult Chair® program, including: meditation, parts work, grounding, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), breathwork, intuition, polyvagal theory, somatic techniques and experiential work. Suzy illuminates the client’s journey with curiosity, creating self-confidence, self-esteem and empowering new truth to transform the client so that they can live an abundant, meaningful and authentic life.
