Through The Adult Chair®, I have learned many valuable tools to apply to my healing, and I would love to help you discover the healthiest, happiest version of yourself. Together, we can rediscover your inner badass so you can live the life you deserve and desire.
In addition to virtual sessions, I also incorporate nature's powerful healing by offering guided hikes/wilderness walks in the Triad area of NC and overnight backpacking self-discovery trips in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina.
